Breast Cancer Research
At SSW, we have a strong connection with individuals that have had cancer. Like many others, we have had family, friends, or loved ones that have been affected by cancer. To assist those in our communities that have been affected by breast cancer, we have decided to donate a portion of sales to help support local non-profit organizations dedicated to breast cancer research. We are committed to making a difference, and with your help, we can. According to the National Breast Cancer Foundation:

In 2023, an estimated 297,790 new cases of invasive breast cancer will be diagnosed in women in the U.S. as well as 55,720 new cases of non-invasive (in situ) breast cancer.

1 in 8 women in the United States will be diagnosed with breast cancer in their lifetime.

Although rare, men get breast cancer too. In 2023, an estimated 2,800 men will be diagnosed with breast cancer in the U.S. and approximately 530 men will die from breast cancer.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in American women, except for skin cancers. It is estimated that in 2023, approximately 30% of all new women's cancer diagnoses will be breast cancer.
Why This is Important to Us
Breast cancer is a issue that impacts many people everyday. It has affected us here at SSW as well. We want to do as much as we can to help women and men who have dealt with this disease and to do our part with helping find the cure.
Our Part
In order to do our part with fighting this monster called breast cancer we will be donating a percentage of our total company income yearly. We are hoping that with this contribution we can help in whatever little way possible.
